A company is looking for a Director of Admission to oversee teams engaging with prospective students for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and monitor a team to ensure quality and compliance in student recruitment operations
• Utilize data for pipeline management and improve team performance through ongoing training and coaching
• Manage metrics reporting and develop strategies to enhance student transfer success rates and enrollment growth

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3 years of progressive experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Understanding of student admission processes for undergraduate or graduate programs
• Experience in yield and pipeline management in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment strategies
