Key Responsibilities

- Manage metrics reporting and develop strategies to enhance student transfer success rates and enrollment growth
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with 3 years of progressive experience in higher education admissions or enrollment management
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Understanding of student admission processes for undergraduate or graduate programs
- Experience in yield and pipeline management in a high-volume environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment strategies
