A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and implement instructional technology strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Designs and implements evaluation strategies for learning solutions in collaboration with partners
- Leads performance analyses and mid/large-scale projects to meet business goals
- Develops training programs and collaborates with subject-matter experts to enhance content
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Instructional Design, or a High School Diploma/GED with nine years of relevant experience
- Two years of experience in training needs assessments and/or performance consulting
- Experience with instructional design methodology and related operational processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
