Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and implement instructional technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements evaluation strategies for learning solutions in collaboration with partners
• Leads performance analyses and mid/large-scale projects to meet business goals
• Develops training programs and collaborates with subject-matter experts to enhance content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in Instructional Design, or a High School Diploma/GED with nine years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in training needs assessments and/or performance consulting
• Experience with instructional design methodology and related operational processes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
