Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive AI transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions across all departments and manage AI project portfolios

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in AI/LLM implementation or digital transformation roles
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Proven track record of successful large-scale organizational change management
