Principal Engineer - Full Stack

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Principal Engineer (Full Stack).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, architect, and implement solutions to client problems
• Establish and lead engineering standards and patterns across the company
• Mentor and develop engineers as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with demonstrated technical leadership
• Proficiency in TypeScript/React and backend APIs (Python/FastAPI or Express/Deno)
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience establishing engineering best practices and architectural standards
