Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Annual Giving to lead and grow philanthropic support through annual and mid-level giving programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated annual giving strategy across multiple channels
• Lead the development of a mid-level giving program to strengthen donor relationships
• Use analytics to track donor behavior and improve campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of nonprofit fundraising experience, with three years managing annual giving programs
• Demonstrated success in data-driven annual giving strategies and multi-channel campaigns
• Experience in building or managing mid-level donor programs
• Familiarity with CRM systems and donor segmentation
• Special preference for candidates with experience in the conservation or environmental sector
