Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours triage care for hospice and home health patients
• Utilize technology for charting and patient documentation during calls
• Work designated evening shifts and every other weekend as scheduled

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as ED or critical care is necessary
• Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
