Key Responsibilities

• Input application data into the system and ensure data accuracy
• Review loan application packages for completeness and identify issues prior to processing
• Prepare and ensure compliance of loan documentation with legal and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years of college preferred
• Understanding of general loan guidelines
• Previous mortgage loan experience
• One year of experience with Encompass
• Proficient computer skills
