Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive prospect research and wealth screening to identify funding opportunities

• Collaborate with the Development Operations team to enhance prospect management processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in nonprofit or sales prospect research
• Experience using prospect research tools
• Understanding of major gift fundraising principles
• Familiarity with Salesforce for data management
