Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports while preparing agendas for meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3-7 years of experience required
- Experience working with executives highly preferred
