Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all lines of business, collaborating with various teams and providers
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers, conducting performance reviews and coaching
• Analyze data on case management and utilization, addressing variances and reporting on performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Board Certification in a recognized specialty and current unrestricted MD or DO license
• 5-7 years of clinical experience with data management skills
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar software and MS Office products
• Continuous Improvement experience preferred
• Active unrestricted NJ MD or DO license with no sanctions
