State Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to work part-time as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex pharmacy files and develop action plans for treatment
• Advise patients and healthcare providers on medication selection, dosage, and interactions
• Consult with teams on difficult cases and participate in client meetings to explain program results

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active unrestricted license or certification to practice pharmacy in the U.S
• PharmD degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
• Ten years of related experience, including three years of recent clinical practice experience
• Utilization practice experience preferred
• Insurance/claims industry experience preferred
