Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of BI data models, reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Develop and implement a business intelligence strategy to support organizational goals
• Ensure data quality and optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading BI teams and strategy
• 8-10 years of experience in scalable Business Intelligence solutions
• Experience in a Snowflake environment is required
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related tools required; Tableau preferred
