Head of Data

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage 4+ data teams and oversee data governance, analytics, and engineering
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a tech leadership role
• Strong knowledge of data engineering architecture, data modeling, and big data technologies
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
