Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of analysts supporting Finance, Operations, and Risk & Trading
• Build relationships with business leaders to create an actionable analytics roadmap
• Define and operationalize metrics, ensuring consistency and accessibility of data

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or related fields, with at least 4 years in team management
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and align analytics with business outcomes
• Experience in establishing effective processes and prioritization frameworks
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern BI tools (dbt, Looker, Tableau)
• Interest in enabling self-serve analytics through AI and other innovative tools
