Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Intelligence to lead data and analytics initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee the design and delivery of reporting solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, BI, or data strategy, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex analytics projects
• Expertise in BI platforms and SQL-based data environments
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and regulatory compliance
