Director of Compute Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Director - Compute Platform to lead teams in managing cloud operations and compute infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor geographically distributed teams in designing and operating the compute platform
• Drive platform strategy and vision to ensure a reliable and high-performing environment
• Oversee the development of the PaaSTA platform and ensure seamless collaboration among teams

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in building and scaling cloud infrastructure in large organizations
• Proven ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams
• Track record of delivering a unified developer experience across multiple teams
• Solid understanding of incident response and SRE principles
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
