Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and mentoring talent
• Hands-on experience with designing and shipping SDKs or language integrations
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes)
• Preferred experience as an open source contributor
