Backend Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer for their Growth & Engagement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a feature-flag and A/B-testing framework for growth experiments
• Build and scale microservices for referral programs, action cards, and push notifications
• Instrument services with real-time metrics and collaborate with Data teams for analytics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of backend experience in Node.js, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with Web3, on-chain data, and decentralized application patterns
• Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable solutions
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives
