Senior Architecture Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate in Architecture (Junior Specialist 2 in Infrastructure Planning).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for the development of technical engineering and architecture projects
• Establish relationships with project partners, including external service providers
• Develop work plans and reports for all project activities and report directly to the Infrastructure Management Specialist

Required Qualifications

• Complete secondary education
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is highly recommended
• At least 7 years of experience in urbanization project development and management
• Experience in urban project development at scale or land subdivision projects
• Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate level in Spanish
