Azure SQL Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure SQL Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure SQL database solutions
• Perform proactive engineering tasks including performance tuning and automation of operations
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal database performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server administration, with at least 2 years in Azure SQL environments
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Monitor
• Strong knowledge of Azure SQL Database and Managed Instances
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and T-SQL
• Familiarity with database security and disaster recovery planning
