Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their Manufacturing Engineering & Sustaining group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and debug advanced automation equipment for new product lines
• Propose and implement equipment design improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
• Manage high volume manufacturing operations and oversee the sustaining engineering team at contract manufacturing sites

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in high volume manufacturing engineering or process development, preferably in an FDA regulated industry
• Experience with Design Controls, Lean Manufacturing, and Design of Experiments
• Familiarity with high-speed automation, PLC control, and vision systems
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience working with robots and robot control
