Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, SRE.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture the SRE team, ensuring high standards of technical work and teamwork
- Define and maintain company-wide practices for SLO management, incident management, and disaster recovery
- Generate insights on service quality and communicate risks and opportunities to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in an SRE role or 8 years in an adjacent role
- Minimum of 3 years in engineering management
- Strong understanding of SRE philosophy with practical experience in system design and improvement
- Experience with distributed system design and cloud, networking, software, and operating system concepts
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver long-term projects
