Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Architecture and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering and analytics engineering teams, providing guidance and support
• Oversee technical strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with data science and analytics needs
• Develop and operationalize a data governance program and scalable operations model

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background with data movement and storage tools such as Snowflake, Fivetran, and AWS
• Experience with dbt or similar data transformation frameworks
• Familiarity with machine learning operations platforms like Databricks or DataRobot is a plus
• Experience in a high-growth proptech/fintech environment is strongly preferred
