Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a high-performing design team across product, visual, and brand design
• Set the strategic design direction for product UI/UX, brand identity, and campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and brand work
• Proven success in managing and mentoring design teams
• Experience in consumer tech or edtech is a plus
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, with knowledge of design systems best practices
