Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Design Engineer specializing in Design Systems Tooling.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the design and development of the cross-platform design system
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement tooling and enhance user experience
• Support the hiring process to grow the team and bring diverse perspectives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in tech/startup or digital product agency
• Strong understanding of Product Design software, preferably Figma
• Excellent front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferably React)
• Experience maintaining a reusable component library
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for documentation
