Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Conversational Designer to lead the design and optimization of omnichannel conversational experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and write user-centric conversational flows for IVR, chat, and voice interfaces
- Lead the creation of call journeys, conversation maps, and detailed design documentation
- Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on existing experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or conversational design
- 3+ years designing for IVR, chatbots, or voice assistants
- 2+ years working in Agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating conversational design expertise and writing examples
- United States Citizenship
