UX/UI Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Design Lead to manage the product design and visual design processes for web and mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end design projects for blockchain and web3 products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
• Utilize research techniques to gather data and develop user-centered design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience leading product design and visual design teams
• Minimum of 5+ years of product design experience, including research and prototyping
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or Framer
• Experience with user research techniques and tools
