Head of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Product Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly solutions for healthcare challenges
• Work with AI teams to integrate LLM and AI technologies into products

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in software product design with a strong portfolio
• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS products, especially for large enterprise customers
• Deep expertise in one core area of design (UI/UX, interaction, or visual design)
• Passion for user-centered design and experience conducting research
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma
