UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer who will drive user-centered design for their homebuilder product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design efforts from research and concept through to final implementation
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problems and deliver seamless user experiences
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio
• Experience designing for Enterprise Resource Systems (ERPs) or large-scale homebuilders
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
• Expertise in design tools like Figma or similar
• Familiarity with front-end development workflows (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus
