Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Game Designer (FPS / Technical Design).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate on core gameplay systems including mission design, combat, and AI behaviours
- Create robust design specs and visualisations to facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Own and execute features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring design vision is maintained
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of professional experience in game design, particularly in the FPS genre
- Experience in technical design, including scripting and gameplay logic
- Proven track record of shipping commercial FPS titles with full production cycle involvement
- Deep knowledge of first-person shooter mechanics and player psychology
- Strong practical experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and/or scripting systems)
