Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategic direction for the organization's design system, ensuring alignment with accessibility and product goals
• Create design deliverables across various fidelity levels and lead user research efforts using diverse methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design implementation matches intent and mentor less experienced UX team members

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in UX research/design or related roles, with a Bachelor's degree required
• Expertise in human-centered design, interaction design fundamentals, and UI design best practices
• Experience in scaling and improving design systems in complex digital environments
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a willingness to leverage AI tools in design
• Experience collaborating in an Agile environment with cross-functional partners
