• Mentors junior researchers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences

Required Qualifications

• Understanding and experience with a variety of UX research methods
• Experience using relevant tools for research analysis at an expert level
• Experience researching in different contexts (remote, in-person, moderated, unmoderated)
• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative research techniques effectively
