A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - DevOps to lead cloud modernization initiatives and manage multiple DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple DevOps and automation engineering teams
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for high-performing teams
• Execute CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code strategies across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology experience with 7+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling DevOps teams
• Proven track record of successful cloud migrations and infrastructure modernization
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools
• Multi-cloud platform expertise with AWS and GCP
