Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Network Engineer to join their Cloud Operations team remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to deploy, operate, monitor, and support network infrastructures across multiple data centers
• Act as the L3 technical escalation point for managing and resolving high-severity incidents
• Perform peer reviews on configuration and change scripts to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position
• Experience with ticketing and inventory systems in remote Data Center operations
• 6+ years of experience with high-speed copper and fiber Ethernet switch networks, including Layer-2 and Layer-3 protocols
• Hands-on experience in BGP routing operation, design, and troubleshooting for large-scale networks
