Director of Donor Advising

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Donor Advising to lead efforts in growing and stewarding individual donor investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategies for membership prospecting, recruitment, and tracking quarterly goals
• Enhance member experience through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities
• Maintain expertise in political strategies to effectively communicate and advise members on their investments

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in relational fundraising or development
• 3+ years of direct experience in frontline fundraising for major gifts
• Proven success in identifying and cultivating new donors
• Ability to communicate complex programs and strategies effectively
• Experience in fundraising for social justice movements or political organizations is preferred
