Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Provider - Indiana (APRN/NP).

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical policies and procedures and conduct intake medical duties
• Maintain a panel of maintenance members and provide ongoing care, including group and individual sessions
• Complete and maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA and participate in administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner with an active, unencumbered Indiana APRN license and DEA
• Board certification and CSR registration in Indiana
• At least 1 year of experience managing opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine
• Experience working in a team-based care setting with behavioral health providers
• Ability to demonstrate recovery-sensitive behaviors and maintain professionalism in communications
