Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician for Virtual Health Assessment (Part-time 100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative care screenings, medication reconciliation, and provide health coaching and treatment
• Outreach to members with chronic illnesses and engage those less likely to see their PCP
• Provide oversight of nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and collaborate with other healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Must be licensed in GA, TX, & OH
• 3+ years of experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice
• Strong understanding of risk adjustment methodologies and familiarity with HEDIS measures
