Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacts with clients in a therapeutic manner and models effective communication and coping skills
• Assists clients in identifying recovery goals and developing objectives and interventions
• Advocates for appropriate resources based on assessed needs and maintains client relationships for ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Four years of full-time paid experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure
• Experience in crisis intervention
• Capability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Willingness to work in a clean, well-lighted, and moderately loud environment
