Key Responsibilities

• Create, test, update, and maintain Travel Insurance Policies/Certificates
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of fulfillment, marketing materials, and partner websites
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement product solutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-4 years of related experience in product implementation within the insurance industry
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Self-starter able to perform with moderate to limited supervision
• Experience within the travel insurance industry and/or regulatory industry preferred
