Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Data strategy aligned with business objectives
• Hire, manage, and mentor engineering managers while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Oversee the planning and maintenance of Data infrastructure and lead Data projects ensuring timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on engineering experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing budgets of approximately $5M
• Exceptional technical knowledge in Engineering and Architecture, particularly in cloud development
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Data Engineering or Computer Science
• Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking skills
