Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering organizations for Store Point of Sale, Customer Services, and Contact Center systems
• Drive innovation and build high-performing teams to deliver world-class software solutions
• Set technical and operational strategies for multiple product lines or large departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with 5-7 years in senior leadership roles
• Demonstrable experience in setting and executing technical strategy for significant engineering functions
• Extensive experience with agile/lean development practices
• Strong understanding of relevant systems, including Store Point of Sale and Contact Center systems
