Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pilot Systems Engineering Manager-Level 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to provide functional support through technical direction, staffing, and guidance across multiple lines of business
• Manage multiple Control Account Managers (CAM) in executing contracts following Earned Value Management (EVM) processes
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to supported platforms within the PSE Team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Understanding of Earned Value Management processes
• Significant leadership experience in managing functional teams
• Experience and recency in tactical military aviation as aircrew
• Must be a US Citizen due to special access requirements
