Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager for the Billing Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers
• Develop team mentorship and feedback processes
• Collaborate with the product manager and tech lead to define the roadmap and launch projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• 5+ years in engineering with experience in building and scaling systems
• Experience as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineer
• Familiarity with online, highly-available services and cloud technologies
• Ability to think critically about engineering tradeoffs and team processes
