• 10+ years of experience building high-performing mobile teams
• Deep experience in iOS or Android native SDK
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Proven track record of shipping large-scale projects with multiple dependencies
• Experience with CI/CD workflows and monitoring frameworks
