MEP BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Modeler/BIM Specialist (Scan to BIM).

Key Responsibilities

• Model buildings in Revit or similar programs, ensuring accuracy and constructibility
• Review discipline specifications, project manuals, and submittals for quality analysis
• Detect potential conflicts during the initial information review and modeling phases

Required Qualifications and Education

• Architecture or Civil Engineering degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM MEP (Scan to BIM)
• Upper Intermediate level of English
• Broad knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, and Cloud Compare
• Experience in US-based projects is desirable
