Principal Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop multi-agent systems using frameworks like AgengSDK and LangChain/LangGraph
• Build agentic prototypes using advanced GenAI models and deploy them as product-level skills
• Mentor engineers, drive product innovation, and refine processes for experimentation and production rollouts

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of hands-on experience building large-scale, high-impact solutions, especially in agent-based systems
• Experience developing dialogue systems with multi-step reasoning and context-rich decision-making
• Proven ability to deploy and scale AI services for high availability and low latency
• Track record of publishing research in top AI/ML venues is a plus
