Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management
• Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer
