Kubernetes Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Kubernetes Architect to lead the rearchitecting of a payment system to a cloud-native architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of microservices-based architecture using domain-driven design principles
• Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring scalability and high availability of the payment system
• Mentor junior team members and drive the adoption of DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes (K8S) required
• 5+ years of experience rearchitecting large-scale monolithic applications to cloud-native architectures
• 5+ years of programming experience in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure, including serverless architectures and containers
