Job Summary

A company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Speech Processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the speech processing core of prototypes, including ASR model selection and tuning
• Collaborate with mobile developers to integrate speech input into working prototypes
• Work with performance-focused ML engineers to ensure low-latency, robust streaming pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with automatic speech recognition (ASR) and real-time audio processing
• Solid foundation in machine learning and deep learning, particularly for sequential data
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with MLOps tools for model tracking, versioning, and lifecycle management
• Ability to design and run meaningful experiments and iterate based on data
