Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Power Generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply engineering techniques, procedures, industry codes, and standards to projects
• Perform complex engineering designs, including analysis, calculations, and equipment selection
• Develop mechanical diagrams, specifications, and layout drawings for power plant systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and design for Power generation or Carbon Capture
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• PE license (or in process of completion) preferred
• Experience in creating engineering specifications, P&IDs, and procurement packages
• Experience with detailed design through construction for EPC projects preferred
